- Use the model frequently, but don’t overdo it. Updating the model once every 2 to 3 months is sufficient to track your ongoing progress. The assessment can be of great help when you’re looking back on your earlier progress
- Answer the assessment questions with your team, so as to discern the progress of the team as a whole. This can also help the team understand their current level of progress.
